The iHealth Neo (BP5S) is listed by STRIDE BP and included on the British and Irish Hypertension Society (BIHS) approved monitor list. Both organisations recognise it as a validated upper arm monitor for home use.
We did not find a publicly available, published validation study that directly tested this exact model. STRIDE BP and BIHS accepted evidence that it is equivalent to the validated iHealth BP5, meaning the model differences are not expected to affect blood pressure accuracy.
