Evidence type: Validation by equivalence
The OMRON Complete (HEM-7530T-E3) is listed by STRIDE BP and included on the British and Irish Hypertension Society (BIHS) approved monitor list. Both organisations recognise it as a validated upper arm monitor for home use, with a validated cuff size of 22-42 cm.
We did not find a publicly available, published validation study that directly tested this exact model. STRIDE BP and BIHS accepted evidence that it is equivalent to the validated OMRON BP765 (HEM-7311-ZSA), meaning the model differences are not expected to affect blood pressure accuracy.

Cuff wrap guide
The cuff wrap guide on the monitor’s display indicates whether the cuff is properly secured or too loose, helping prevent inaccurate results.
Atrial fibrillation detection
An integrated ECG monitor can record a 30-second single-lead ECG of the user’s heart rhythm, display it via the OMRON Connect App on their smartphone, and provide instant analysis alerting to possible atrial fibrillation (AFib). This advanced technology was developed with AliveCor, a market leader in personal ECG technology.
OMRON advises users to consult with their doctor if the device gives this warning.
This feature does not replace a doctor’s examination but helps to detect AFib at an early stage.
This device is not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, or management of AFib.
Body movement detection
Alerts the user if any movement during the blood pressure reading may have compromised the measurement. This supports more accurate and reliable blood pressure readings.
